ANNOUNCEMENT/INVITATION

The Board of Directors and Officers of PAGE National is pleased to announce its celebration of the 45th Sapphire Anniversary of the founding of the Philippine Association for Graduate Education (PAGE) during its 42nd PAGE National Assembly on September 24 - 26, 2007 at the Fiesta Pavilion, Manila Hotel with the theme: "Enhancing Research Culture in Philippine Higher Education Institutions."

The objectives of the Assembly are as follows:

1. To provide a venue for bringing together administrators, faculty and research practitioners from higher education institutions and to serve as a forum for:

a. identifying issues on research capability and productivity;

b. formulating strategies for strengthening research capability and developing the culture of research; and

c. determining areas for multidisciplinary and trans-institutional collaborative researches.

2. To propose PAGE action programs to enhance research culture in Philippine Higher Education Institutions.

It will feature the Launching Ceremonies of PAGE Golden Anniversary (2012) with Hon. Dr. ROMULO L. NERI, Chair, Commission on Higher Education (CHED) as Guest of Honor and Speaker.

The conference fee of P4,500.00 will cover admission/registration to the conference, participation in all sessions and conference documents, including a kit, lunch, and snacks during the conference proper.
